Yes, I know....technically his birthday was March 2nd, but you know me, I'm usually a little late to the party (pun intended). If I am being honest, it was not really my fault. Taylor's class is celebrating his birthday, but not until this coming Friday, so I was not able to make the cookies too soon!
These were some of the funnest cookies I have ever done. There are so many options with Dr. Seuss...The Cat In the Hat, One Fish, Two Fish, Green Eggs and Ham, The Lorax, Horton Hears a Who...and the list goes on. What do you do when you can't pick just ONE?
You do a whole bunch:
And because they are so stinkin' cute, another pic:
Whatcha' think? Do you have a favorite Dr. Seuss character?
These little jewels are en route to Denver right now...hope everyone enjoys them!
I also had time to do a few more Easter cookies. Let's hear it for everyone that LOVES Peeps!
Peeps are definitely a "love 'em or hate 'em" kind of candy...I personally, am a lover! But even if they aren't your "thang", you have to admit, they make a cute cookie! And because I love ya more than my luggage, I am going to tell you that these cutters are made by Wilton and you can pick them up at Michaels!
Till next time!
love dr seuss! I always enjoyed reading his books to my class over the 19 years I taught pre-k.
