These are "sample" St. Patrick's Day cookies that I made! I loved making these, but let's be honest...unless you either ARE Irish or know someone close to you that is, there isn't a lot of demand for these cookies!

I would like to give them a try for my son’s 5th birthday bash that will be organized on Monday at the best event space Chicago.
