It's crunch time!

This is my last day to get things done for tomorrow's Holiday Boutique...and as always, I find myself in the middle of a bunch of unfinished projects.  Kelli always gives me crap about the amount of  projects I have going at any given time...what can I say, that's the way I roll!

I have opted to fore-go doing cookies for the boutique this year...it was just one more thing that I decided I did NOT need on my plate (pun intended!).  This year it is mostly about Christmas decor in one way or another.  I am taking a few of my "Polly's Cabinet Door" projects (obviously not Christmas), my centerpiece boxes, blocks like I did last year and I may or may not have a few other little surprises up my sleeve too!

Speaking of boxes...I have one more finished one to show you!  I had originally planned to take filled boxes as samples, so people could see how they looked decorated, but I feel like there is always the possibility that someone will want to buy one already made up, so I am doing a few extra, just in case!  Here is the last one that I did:

Once again, I used inexpensive filler and .99 pics from Michaels.  I LOVE these little glass votives...I wish you could see them better, and only $2.50 each (also M's).  The filler for the votive cups is good ol' Epsom Salts, with a little glitter thrown in to give it a good "snow" look...super cheap only about $3 for a good size bag!    I ran a small strand of LED battery lights through this one and added Snow-Tex and glitter on the greenery.    VOILA!  I will also tell you that AFTER I finished the arrangement, I decided I wanted something written on this box...I added the words "May your days be merry and bright" using my Silhouette, Contact Paper and craft paint...LOVE, LOVE, LOVE how it turned out!

I hope to get at least a couple more decorated today!

One more peek:

Anyhoo...that's all I got!  Wish me luck!

Till next time...have a great weekend!

There's a skinny girl who lives inside of me that's screaming to get out...I can usually shut her up with cookies! Photobucket
