Ooh la la!

Can I just tell you how freakin' fun these were to make? I did not have this cookie cutter last Valentine's Day, and I could not wait for it to come back around this year so that I could make up these super cute corsets! If your hubby loves sexy lingerie (and what guy doesn't?) AND he loves cookies...why not give him a two-fer?!

Who wouldn't want to have the shape that fits these...I can tell you that I did not have a waist that small when I came out of the womb!  How cute would these be for a bachelorette party or even a bridal shower?!  Seriously people, I need someone to order these so that I have an excuse to make some more!

I have lots of other projects in the making...a furniture makeover reveal, new "blocks" and of course more Valentine's Day cookies...stay tuned!

Till then...happy baking~

There's a skinny girl who lives inside of me that's screaming to get out...I can usually shut her up with cookies!

Gorgeous! I'm sure it takes a steady hand and a lot of patience to do all that trim.

And on a completely unrelated note (I couldn't get your contact page to work for me, so pardon the ramble), I wanted to float an idea by you. I know you have the Mickey Mouse head cutter. I like how that cutter and some others have that enamel finish, so you don't have to worry about rusting (or accidental bending). I've been thinking about painting my aluminum cutters with something like Hammerite, so I can dishwasher them. It states it's non-toxic when dry, but I don't know that that necessarily means it's food-safe.

Have you ever thought about doing this? Or even think it's a good idea? I figured if nothing else, it would prolong the life of my cutters, and maybe take the super sharp edge off of them to make them a little safer for little fingers.

So that's my ramble - I'd love to hear your two cents.
