I'm not going to lie...

...since I have been posting on Instagram, I find it much harder to make myself post on my blog!  Sad...but true!  Call it laziness, I'm sure that is what it is...and I will be the first to "call myself out" for my breaking one of my goals at the first of the year, which was to actually post MORE on my blog.  Now, that didn't last long, did it?!

Anyhoo, here was my "last week" in review...

One of my favorite cookies to do:

Seriously...who doesn't love all things Dr. Seuss?!

Corie ordered mermaids, starfish and seahorses for Camdyn's 6th birthday:

How about some Super Heros:

I made these cookies for one of my BEST clients and new neighbor, Corie (yep, same one as above)!  She recently moved into my neighborhood (I even told her about the house when it was for sale!) so I decided that a little "welcome" basket was in order!  What better way to do that than cookies disguised as picnic food?!

And how cute are they in these FUN basket boxes by BRP?!

On the cookie front...that's all I got for ya!

I have however, become obsessed with "Desserts in a Jar"!  Go ahead...Google it OR head over to Pinterest...there is a plethora of ideas!

Kelli's "girl's night" peeps benefit from my latest obsession...I have been making them for their get togethers on Monday night to watch The Bachelor (ugghhhh, why would you do that...but, whatever).

These were Peanut Butter Pie:

This peanut butter filling is A-MAZ-ING...seriously, "crack in a jar", BUT (and there always is one), I would recommend NOT melting the chocolate that is just above the Oreo crust.  See those cute little wooden spoons?  They were moot...even a regular spoon had a hard time going through the now, "hardened" melted chocolate.  Next time I would just drop a few chocolate chips in and be done with it!

Next, were these little jars of Heaven:

YUM!  Blueberry Cheesecake!  Now for this one, I can't really give an exact recipe...it was a collaboration!  I already had an awesome recipe for blueberry topping, so I just paired it up with a "No Bake" cheesecake recipe that I Googled (not sure how I ever lived without the Internet!).  Of course there is a simple graham cracker crust on the bottom (just follow the recipe on the box).  VOILA...instant deliciousness!

I already have my recipe for next week...can't wait to give it a try!

Till then...happy baking!

Another crazy week!

I am keeping it short and sweet!  It's been wild around here, as far as cookies go!  Here are first of many cookies that have walked out my door so far!

An ETSY order for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles:

Shelly ordered Super Hero's with a twist!  Love the colors of these!  Happy Birthday, Sebastian!

An ETSY order for Easter...don't you love this cute bunny that was drawn by "Cookies with Character"!  She has an ETSY shop where you can buy her images, print and put in your Kopy Kake...the rest is all you!

Another Easter order...thank you, Nubia!:

Here are a few of the Easter Gift Boxes that I offered:

Aren't they fun?!

And for something NOT Easter...this is a design that I am offering for Teacher Appreciation.  I posted these on Instagram and had to stop taking orders after a couple of hours!  Too many cookies...not enough time!

There are 14 little miniature apples in the jar...my favorite part just might be the little tag that is attached:

Stinkin' cute, right?

That's it for today...back to my kitchen!

I hope every one has a wonderful Easter!

Do you hear that?

Neither do I...it seems so quiet around here.  Too quiet, really.  We had a great visit with my sisters and brother-in-law...always good for a few laughs!  I would say the weather was pretty close to perfect...only one day that was a little overcast!  Of course, if you are going to visit Arizona...this is the time of year to do it.  Before we know it, the weather here will be sizzling!

I have lots to share, since we last chatted!  It won't be today, though...I still have to take some pictures.  Just as a teaser, I will tell you what to expect in the near future!

I finished this little cutie:

I don't even think you will recognize her!

I made a little "3-D" art to hang above it!

And...remember my little clock dilemma, above my mantle...well, that too has been resolved!

I have also been working on a little "Pinterest" project...can't wait to show you that!  It is one of those cheap, easy peasy projects that packs a lot of punch...at least I think so!!

For now, I will share a few cookies that I made recently.

Kelli's Open House had a Flamingo theme, so of course I had to do some flamingo cookies:

Super Hero cookies for a special 5 year old (his dad is a fireman, and of course his most important "super hero")

And last, but not least...special cupcake cookies for Amaya's birthday!

As always...a big "Thank You" to all the great people that order my cookies!

Till next time...Happy Baking!
