How cute is that?! Of course I told her she "shouldn't have"...but I am so glad that she did! It is much to cute to actually use, but as I explained to Lucy...it makes me smile every time I look at it! If you have not taken the time to check out her blog, Fly Away Home, you must do so! Go ahead, I'll wait!
Next up, a little sneak peek at what I have been working on. And I do mean WORK..yesterday I was sweating like a mad person while doing some sanding out in the garage. Sheeeesh, the things I do when I am bored! And it WAS a boring weekend...Kelli even asked me if I was setting a new record for not decorating cookies...it had only been three days! Anyhoo, I had no reason to bake so I sanded and painted instead. Does this look familiar:
Or this?
Stay tuned because this project is almost done! Btw, it is still TOO hot to paint outside/in the garage, but since there is no spray painting involved, I am able to drag this project into my house to work on it.
And last, but not least, some cookies that I made for a Qwest fundraiser last week! Had a blast making these ice creams and cupcakes...there were 70 in all.
Thanks, Rosemary...hope you sold them all and made lots of money!
I have also listed some new girl's aprons in my ETSY shop...including a new design!
That's it for me today! Be sure and stop back for more fun cookies and a ABC project reveal! Till then, Happy Baking!
There's a skinny girl who lives inside of me that's screaming to get out...I can usually shut her up with cookies!

Love the towel...so pretty...and the cookies... love those icecream cones...look good enough to eat...oh wait....that's the idea...LOL
Thanks Terri for all your sweet comments. I am so happy you liked your towel. I know what you mean about painting in this heat. Apparently I don't have as much sense as you ...I have been outside sweating (big time)painting chairs! What was I thinking? And once you get started you can't just quit!
