...but before I share all of my little treasures, I wanted to thank all of you that left sweet comments on my last post. Sometimes cyber "hugs" are the best ever...no one can see you cry and make an idiot of yourself. I can say, though I think of them multiple times a day...it is getting slightly easier to wonder what my babies are up to and not cry every time that I do! But, I won't bore you anymore about that...let's check out my finds.
This was an acquaintance of Melissa's, that was also moving away! It was one of those that had no prices, which typically drives me crazy, but she was yelling out such low prices, I jumped right in.
I can't resist anything that is still in the package, so I bought one of these paper trimmers for each of us...$1. I thought that little saw thing might come in handy...also $1
I bought this little vacuum that was like brand new for $3
Don't pay any attention to that mess you see in the background..I cleaned out my closet, but I will save that for another day!
How cute is this little twin headboard that she sold me for $5
My first thought was to do it like the other twin headboard, but I think I will do this one for a boy...
stay tuned! I thought about trying my hand at making a wood bench out of it, but haven't quite gotten up the nerve to attempt it yet!
And last but not least...this Coach Cross Body Purse with the tags still on, for $15. I love this style when I am doing any sort of "power shopping" cuz' I don't have to carry it and my hands are free to hold goodies. I already had a similar gray one, now I have black! Score!
So, whatcha' think...did I do good?!
Kelli and I went to an estate sale last night but I can't share my awesome piece because half of it is still at her house till I can have Ron pick it up with the truck. Let me just say...a lot of people wanted it, but I got it!
Till then...

I am soooo jealous of the cross body bag!!! Oh, and the sweeper for THREE bucks! I could use that!
Have you ever thought about using your powers of refurbishment for the good of boxer rescue? I can't think of a great project, but wondered if maybe you had. Oh, and I need to send you pics of my new foster. She'll cheer you up :D
You did good, girl.
