New Baby Boy!

I am going to make this short and "sweet"! This is a little gift box of cookies I made for my bff, Karolyn's, new little grandson! They had to be shipped, I am just hoping they arrived the same way that they left my house...but with the P.O., ya just never know!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

I'm not Irish but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy making cookies to celebrate it! I was also bored so I made these yesterday so that Kelli could take them to work for her co-workers. Kept them simple...hats and four leaf clovers!  Don't mind the horrific coloring...this is what happens when you take the pictures before the sun comes up!

I know it is not officially spring yet...

...but with temperatures creeping into the mid 80's here in AZ, it's that time of year in my book!  I could not resist these cute little watering containers that Target had in the dollar spot (and by "dollar spot", I mean the section that is actually $2.50).  I knew they would make the perfect container for a spring cookie bouquet.  They did not disappoint!

Sadly, I did not have anyone to actually give this bouquet to, so it was dismantled, the sticks were removed and the cookies went to my grandkids and niece.  Yep, when I get bored, I tend to make cookies just for fun!  Usually family members reap the benefits!
