And so it begins...

...time to start those Valentine's Day orders. This one had to ship in time to reach Melanie's son at college before he went home for the weekend. I have to say, I was pretty happy at how these turned out.

Sadly, they would not all fit in the box, so this is what made the final "cut"!

I hope he likes them...thanks Melanie!

My counter is filled with dough as we speak...three more orders that need to be ready for tomorrow!

Happy Baking~

There's a skinny girl who lives inside of me that's screaming to get out...I can usually shut her up with cookies!

Mmmmm . . . I ate the cupcake and Garry ate the strawberry. Freakin' DELICIOUS!! Thank you again for an amazing afternoon - lunch was delicious (I ate the leftovers for dinner), the company and BS were superb, and the card and gift card will be treasured always and used sparingly. LOL Don't know what I'd do without my BFF! Hugs!

Sooooo sweet! I just love the cupcake.
I made cookies over the weekend using your recipes and I am sooooo glad I gave it a go. The cookie is buttery and delish. The icing holds up so well. I was surprised to see shortening as an ingredient because I remember my cake decorating teacher telling us that even the littlest bit of grease would cause royal icing to not set. Regardless of what that teacher said, your icing recipe set perfectly fine and I like that you add flavoring to it. I will be making more in the future and I hope to have the time to try to get a little more creative.
